libisl-dev software package provides manipulating sets and relations of integer points bounded by linear constraints, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisl-dev
libisl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisl-dev *
You will get with libisl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
